Terms of Sale

Last updated September 7, 2026

These terms cover orders placed with Casa Elements LLC, 15425 N Greenway Hayden Loop, Ste 5B, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, through casaelements.us or in our showroom. Placing an order means you accept them. Returns and cancellations have their own page — see Returns & Cancellations.

Prices

Prices on the site are in US dollars and cover the door in the configuration, finish and size you select. Hardware kits, jambs, casing, delivery and installation are priced separately and shown before you pay. Arizona transaction privilege tax is added at checkout where it applies.

We keep prices in step with our supplier, and they can change without notice. The price that binds us is the one on your order confirmation, not the one you saw earlier in the day.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach this site. For large or mixed projects arranged in the showroom, we may agree a deposit and a balance due before delivery; those terms are written on the invoice.

Availability and lead times

Stock listed online reflects our supplier's warehouse and can change between the moment you order and the moment we confirm it. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and either hold the order for the replenishment date, offer an equivalent, or refund that line in full.

Doors held in stock usually ship within a few business days. Special-order doors — sizes, finishes or configurations built to your request — are made to order and take longer; we give you the current lead time before you commit.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver across Maricopa County and you can also collect from our Scottsdale showroom. Delivery is to the address on the order; someone over 18 has to be there to receive it. Deliveries left with no one present are rescheduled at the customer's expense.

Doors are heavy and awkward. Standard delivery brings them to the entrance of the property, not through the house, unless installation is part of the order.

Installation

Installation is optional and quoted per opening. Where we install, we measure first: the measurements we take are the ones we build to. If you supply your own measurements, or the opening differs from what was measured because of work done by others, any rework is chargeable.

Installation does not include structural work, drywall repair, painting, electrical work, or the removal and disposal of old doors unless it is written into the quote.

Check the delivery before you sign

Open the packaging and inspect each item at delivery, before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the damaged item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or a repair. Damage reported after installation has started cannot be accepted — once a door is installed, it counts as accepted.

Warranty

Doors carry the manufacturer's limited two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, warping caused by moisture or improper climate control, damage from misuse or accidents, or faults caused by installation carried out by someone other than us.

Wood and veneer are natural materials: grain and shade vary between doors and between batches, and samples show a likeness, not a match. That variation is not a defect.

Limit of liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses — delays to a build, missed contractor days, or lost income.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and disputes belong to the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
