Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to look through the door catalog, compare finishes and place an order, whatever they use to browse. This page says where we stand and how to reach us if the site gets in your way.
What we aim for
We build casaelements.us against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means text you can resize without losing content, colour contrast that holds up, controls you can reach with a keyboard, images with descriptions, and pages that work with a screen reader.
Where we know we fall short
Two parts of the site come from elsewhere and are not fully under our control:
- the Google map on the showroom section, which follows Google's own accessibility support;
- the Stripe checkout page, which handles payment and follows Stripe's.
If either one stops you from finishing something, call us and we will take the order over the phone.
The showroom
Visits to our Scottsdale showroom are by appointment, so tell us what you need when you book and we will have it ready — someone to walk you through the displays, doors brought down to a comfortable height, a quieter time of day, or details of the access at the building before you drive over.
Tell us when something does not work
If a page, a control or a document is hard to use, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear too much than too little. Call (480) 748-0296 or email [email protected]. Say which page you were on and what happened. We answer during showroom hours, and we will give you the information another way while we fix the page itself.
How we keep at it
Accessibility is checked when we change the site rather than once a year: keyboard order, contrast and screen-reader labels are part of the review before anything goes live. This statement is updated as the site changes.
